3 Easy Updates For The Bedroom

With the temperatures rising, I started to take layers off my bed. As it so often happens when the seasons change, I start itching to refresh my bedroom decor. 

1.  I have come to love my white bedding. Linens are expensive! With my main white bedding, I can change my color scheme with just a quilt and throw pillow.

I decided to enhance my white color bedding with these new luxurious linen shams. These shams add so much texture and beauty! The generous ruffle and buttons are gorgeous details.

2.  My husband and I did a little DIY project, and I love the results! We added interest to our walls with mounding. We kept the design simple.

We watched YouTube videos and read about how to achieve this look. I am still looking for the perfect small gold starburst to hang on the wall above the bed.

3.  I pulled up my sheepskin rugs for the summer. Then I found this new patterned rug which adds pattern and depth to my design. The rug is easy to care for and feels fabulous on my toes stepping out of bed. When the weather starts to cool down I’ll layer this rug with my sheepskin.
