How To Decorate With Texture

The hot trend in decorating is all about mixing textures. You will find the accessories we are using at HomeGoods! It's our favorite place to shop for decor! There is no secret formula for decorating with textures, but we have some tips for you.  

First, let's talk about fabric. Mix your patterns and textures! We are using linen, velvet, cotton, and faux fur. The throw on the sofa is chenille. To help unify all the different fabric textures we stick to the same basic color palette, in this case shades of grey and white. That really makes mixing and matching easy!
