Restyling 1 comforter bed set 10 different ways!
This is a great time of the year to cozy up your bedroom for those long winter nights. We always find things to inspire our creativity at HomeGoods, such as this fantastic Cynthia Rowley comforter set. When we saw it we couldn't believe our luck and we grabbed it. We love changing things up, we love finding good deals and we love challenging ourselves, so we wanted to see how many different ways we could style a bed using this one comforter set.
Here's a picture of the basic light gray comforter and 2 shams that came as a set. We gathered up our existing throw pillows and throw blankets to get ready to restyle the bed and add a little more flair and personality. The great thing about the light grey color of this set is that it goes great with many different colors - yellow pops, blue gives it a soothing look and even brown goes nicely with it. Grey and white is also a terrific, calming combination. Faux fur blankets give a cozy feel that's perfect for winter, and knit throws add a nice pop of color.
Below are some of the looks that we came up with. We also found some great accessories at HomeGoods. Their silver vases and Mercury glass candle sticks add sparkle and dimension. With just a few quick changes to the various accessories in the room, we were able to restyle the bedroom and give it several fresh new looks for different times of the year or just whenever the mood suits you.
